Colton Brazier ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Stoke: Sales Igniter mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
Lead Data: Names, contact information, notes, and interaction history for the sales leads you add to the App.
Voice Debriefs: Audio recordings and transcriptions you create using the AI voice debrief feature.
Usage Data: Basic app usage information such as feature interactions, stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the App's features:

To categorize and manage your sales leads
To process voice debriefs and generate AI-powered talking points
To send follow-up reminders and notifications
To sync your data across your devices via our secure servers
To manage your subscription and provide customer support

3. No Third-Party Tracking or Advertising

Stoke does not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Voice debrief audio is processed to generate transcriptions and is not retained longer than necessary to provide the service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by going to Settings → Delete My Account within the App. Upon deletion, all your leads, debriefs, talking points, and account information are permanently removed from our servers.

6. Microphone and Contacts Access

The App requests access to your microphone to record voice debriefs and to your contacts to allow you to quickly import lead information. These permissions are used only for the stated purposes and are never used for background recording or data collection.

7. Children's Privacy

Stoke is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
