Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Stoke: Sales Igniter mobile application (the "App") operated by Colton Brazier ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or professional sales management purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
Stoke offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings or through the App's Settings screen.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including lead data, notes, and voice debriefs. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content (including talking points and lead categorizations) will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated suggestions are tools to assist you and should not replace your professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colton Brazier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
